When he met Guruji, he chose to devote his life in spreading Guruji’s message of love and peace through his music. Someone who grew up listening and playing to Pop, Rock and Trance; Sahil composed music that gave meaning to his very existence. Earlier influences of western music combined with his devotional learning gave birth to Sahil’s fusion contemporary style of music. Transforming lives of thousands of youth through meditation and rocking them with mesmerising concerts, he soon became the youth icon of the Art of Living Foundation.

Sahil Jagtiani is now bringing together a 6 member band for creating a unique rock concert experience which had a wonderful launch on the 3rd of March 2017 at Shankara Foundation, Kanakpura Road. “Wondernow!” is Sahil Jagtiani’s 22nd studio album and has unreleased material spanning the last 20 years. ‘Wondernow’ aims to redefine rock music for youth by inspiring & sensitizing them towards persisting issues within & around them without resorting to crude foul language yet engaging them completely.

Rama Ho

This was the song that I sung in front of Guruji in the World Youth Peace Summit. There were at least 10,000 people there that day and I was slated to sing before Guruji came but Vikram Hazra's set took a bit longer than expected so did not get to start as expected. Before the end he saw four of us and he smiled and said, "Are you going to sing something?". I said yes but could I jazz it up a bit? He smiled and sure! The next thing I remember was the moment the beat started he got up and for two whole songs (This one and Jaya Jaya Krishna Krishna Hare) he just danced and danced!!! It was the happiest day of my singing career! I remember that with the first beat itself the entire crowd was on its feet but that was no where as near exciting as seeing Guruji dance.

This song is on my album Cosmic Celebrations and you can hear at:

Here are the original lyrics of the song:

Rama Ho

Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Rama

Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Rama (Rama Ho Adlib)

Rama Ho Rama Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Rama Ho

Jeevan Sagar Mere Bhaiya

Naiya Sada Badhae Ja

Prabhu Ko Na Bisaraye Ja

Ram Ramaiya Gaye Ja

Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Rama

Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Rama (Rama Ho Adlib)

Rama Ho Rama Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Rama Ho

Oh Sagar Main Hoti Hai Lehare

Leharoon Mein Toofan

Jeevan Mein Sukh Dukh Do Ayee

Voh Bhi Aisa Jaan

Sukh Aur Dukh Ke Is Jhule Mein

Masti Sada Banaye Ja

Prabhu Ko Na Bisaraye Ja

Ram Ramaiya Gaye Ja

Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Rama

Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Rama (Rama Ho Adlib)

Rama Ho Rama Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Rama Ho

Deepak Ne Kali Raaton Se

Darna Na Jaana

Maya Janjaalo Se Bhi Tu

Kabhi Na Ghabharaana

Manzil Tujhe Zaroor Milegi

Yeh Vishwas Jagaye Ja

Guru Ko Na Bisraye Ja

Ram Ramaiya Gaye Ja

Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Rama

Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Rama (Rama Ho Adlib)

Rama Ho Rama Rama Ho Rama Ho Rama Rama Ho
